Résumé:
This work is to give an overview on the problems of counterfeiting, labelling, traceability,
food safety and try to identify the food quality control institutions, regulations, decrees,
orders, and various private and State establishments which analyse and control food quality
and some Agro-food industries.
The various establishments and control structures that exist namely:
- Trade direction
- APC hygiene office
- Hygiene laboratory
- CACQE (Algerian centre for packaging and quality control)
- Police laboratory
- Quality analysis laboratory
- Various Agro-food establishments
