Abstract:
With the opening of markets and the increased of competition the criteria of quality and flexibility have become crucial to the maintaining and expansion of market share, for this reason production automation solution is needed. Automated production has known in recent years a considerable development in all these phases (from design to inspection passing through the manufacturing process) with a greater or lesser degrees but inspection function is still late. In this work we deals with the automation of the inspection function, not only in the phase of errors determining but also the phase of analysis and treatment of errors with compensation because the final goal is not the measure of errors but the correct of defects. At the end we propose an application to the case of rapid prototyping.
