Résumé:
The main focus of this thesis is the profile of Azzedine
Djelaoudji’s experience in the theatrical writing which has enriched
the Algerian theater scene, the establishment of the theatrical
phenomenon in the Algerian literature, the revelation of the esthetics
of the Arab theatrical texts as well as the active participation in solving
the crisis of the theatrical text capable of offering many creations in
this field. Therefore, the problematic of this research stems mainly
from the creative efforts which have been pursued by the playwright
Azzedine Djelaoudji. It raises many questions about the abilities of
this writer in using the technical tools of the dramatic art, in creating
a bridge between the old generation and the younger one on the basis
of the diversity of writing to both of them, in using the patrimonial
elements, in trying to reach both modernity and experimentation and
achieving excellence in the domain of the theatrical creativity.
In order to answer these questions, this work is divided into six
chapters distributed into two sections. The first section is devoted to
the study of the characteristics of playwriting for children according
to Azzedine Djelaoudji. The three chapters deal respectively with a
theoretical approach to the theater for children, the educational and
ethical dimensions, and the dramatic text-construction and its
elements in Azzedine Djelaoudji’s texts written for the theater of
