Résumé:
The judgment in a particular state has no authoritative outside the
borders of this state, because the general rule is that each country
reoguize only judgments of national courts, based on the principle of
judicial sovereignty of each State, but sovereignty in this area of
concepts that must be overcome to strengthen bonds of international
judicial cooperation, because under the pressure of the spread of crime
and the exacerbation of the threat to states, crime is no longer a matter
nationally, but has become an international affair for all countries, and
thus besides of the effects of foreign penale judgmente relating to the
inadmissibility to judge the person for the same act twice, the
execution of foreign penale judgmente must comba crime, especially
cross-border crime , which requires an organised and effective
international cooperation between the competent judicial authorities.
