Abstract:
The problem of this study is trying to search around know you here a difference in the pattern of supervision in the public sector and the private sector on the basis of two types of behavior supervisory and this came our class primer to pose the problem and among its constituent elements in addition to clarifying the importance that importance with reference to previous studies, as well as addressing the goals it seeks to achieve with human and spatial boundaries of the study and hypotheses that we seek to achieve and verify the authenticity of which are as follows: The general Hypothesis: Supervisory behavior varies depending on the public or private sector.The Derivative hypotheses: 1. Focuses supervisor in the public sector more on supervisory interested behavior human relations. 2. Focuses supervisor in the private sector is more on supervisory interested behavior work.
