Résumé:
The objective of this work concerns the development and the characterization of the thin layers of PbS by a simple technique and good market in fact the method of deposit per chemical bath CBD (Chemical Bath Deposition).
In the first part of this work to us presented general information on the PbS material.The second part, we worked out a series of films with various conditions of deposit, for an optimization of the process with an aim of obtaining films of good quality for their use in solar energy.
The studied parameters are:
- Concentration of deferent the components.
- The alkalinity of bath (NaOH, KOH).
- The temperature of Annealing at 200o C.
The structural characterization of films revealed that the latter have a crystalline cubic structure. The optical and electric characterizations showed that the PbS films deposited by CBD enjoy good properties optoelectronics, good conductivity and a very good transparency with the light. What enabled us to conclude that the PbS films, worked out by a simple technique such as the CBD, can find applications potential in the realization of the solar cells in layer thin in particular and of the optoelectronic components in general.
