Estimation de la fiabilité d'un système et de ses composants

Abstract

The purpose of our work is to present two methods of estimation, the rst one is relative to the estimation of the reliabilities of a system and its components from the test results on these, the second is relative to the estimation of the parameters of the exponential distribution in the case of censored data, supposing that the lifetimes of the components of the system follow the exponential laws and to consolidate our result we use simulations.
