In this Memory, I studied the Riemann Zeta function, the localization of its zeros; and I examined some applications of this function: the Dedekind Zeta function related to an algebraic number field, the Epstein Zeta function related to quadratic forms, and the Dirichlet-Hasse series of Elliptic curves.
