Abstract:
This work enters within the framework of mathematics applied for the differential equations to the derivative partial. The goal is to study the controllability of the rotational for a parabolic system. one took system distribute depends on the time, and one A studies the case where one can join the state of system of an initial state towards a state of a rotational a priori selected. Properties and characterizations were
established; in particular the relation between the controllability and the structure of the actuators excite the system. The rotational operator that one introduced can be replaced by a linear differential operator of order one and has constant coefficients, in this case, all the established results remain valid with some differences.
