Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is the study of two boundary contact problems. The first is the frictionless contact with adhesion between a nonlinear elastic material and a rigid foundation.
The second is the frictionless contact with adhesion between a nonlinear elastic material and a deformable foundation. The process is quasi- static , the bonding field is described by a nonlinear differential equation of the first order .
In the study of the two contact problems the strain tensor is assumed linear. We modelize both problems, we deduce their variational formulations then we prove the existence and uniqueness of their weak solution.
