Abstract:
The question of learning and information technology and the
relationship between them must be solid because it is illogical that our
institutions of learning and our school methods move away from the
revolution of information and the prospects that it gets by this means.All
the truths scientific and quantified and shown to date show that the
information technology is at the base of significant industries and
technologies which the developed countries adopted to acquire their new
general situation on the basis of progress of this industry and its use in the
aperations of progress and development.And this strong and essencial
requirement obliged certain institutions of learninng to rejoin the
lanquage of the time and to start this experiment.Tey made a considerable
way in the field of application of the information technology in in
teaching,as well as matter to be taught in the school syllabus or like
administrative tool in the management of the businesses of the students
and the teachers.Finally as average to teach in addition to the search for
new means which offers this technology in the achievement and support
of the objectives of teaching such as remot learning.
From that , we need to propagate policies and strategies of use of the
information technology by the installation plans and projects to push the
efforts of research and development in the field and the diffusion of its
use in the education system.It is not allowed to leave its use in a
spontaneouse and hazardous way but from the point of view of the
twenty-first centuary in order to build our strategy on this basis.
See the strategy of the information technology with objectivity which
gives us the wisdom of use with the various data and the use of the
information technology.What it is advisable to use first,considering its
importance.What is advisable to delay and what it is necessary to apply or
not to apply?What is appropriate or is not appropriate at our university
institution?What should be or not to changed?
