Résumé:
This thesis concerns the synthesis, the structural and magnetic characterization of new inorganic molecular materials based on carboxylate ligands namely trans- cinnamic acid and two of it derivatives: the 2-meo-cinnamic and 3-meo-cinnamic acids, associated to polyamine co-ligands namely: the 1,10-phenantroline and the 4,4’-bipyridine.
During this work, we have obtained:
G Three trimers of cobalt (II) with cinnamic acid and it derivatives :
Ç [Co3II (cinna)6(phen)2] 2, (1)
Ç [Co3II (2-meo-cinna)6(phen)2], (2)
Ç [Co3II (3-meo-cinna)6(phen)2] (3)
G Three dimers of copper (II) with cinnamic acid and it derivatives :
Ç [Cu2II(cinna)2(phen)2(NO3)(H2O)].NO3.CH3OH, (1)
Ç [Cu2II(2-meO-cinna)2(phen)2(NO3)(H2O)].2 NO3.H2O, (2)
Ç [Cu2II(3-meO-cinna)2(phen)2(NO3)(H2O)].NO3.3 H2O (3)
G two complexes were obtained but only with les polyamine ligands:
Ç A coordination polymer of CoII and the 4,4’-bipyridine with the formula :
{[CoII(4,4’-bpy)2(H2O)2].(NO3)2.4H2O} n, Ç A dimer of CuII and the 1,10’-phenantroline with the formula:
[Cu2II(phen)2Cl2(NO3)2].
The magnetic properties of all the compounds were analyzed in detail and were
interpreted on the basis of their crystal structure.
