Abstract:
Microporous framework structures containing high level of transition metal centers are currently of great interest because of their catalytic, ion exchange, ionic conduction and magnetic properties. In this context, transition metal phosphates are widely studied. Solids activation is usually inducted by substituting certain cations by transition elements, to give physical properties such as luminescence or chemical properties as catalytic activation, Incorporation of divalent ions as Ni2+, Mn2+ and Co2+ into metal phosphate lattice is used to elaborate phosphates catalysts. In this sense we are interested to this way of research and have presented in this document the results of a work untitled: Synthesis and physicochemical properties studies of a mixture phosphates of transition elements. The present work contains two parts: The first part concerns mixture phosphates of transition elements: synthesis, structural determination and physical properties (magnetic and ionic conduction) and we have presented the synthesis of two solid solutions Co5-xMnx(HPO4)2(PO4)2.4H2O and Ni5- xMnx(HPO4)2(PO4)2.4H2O of M5(HPO4)2(PO4)2.4H2O family, and Co4.32Mn2.68(HPO4)4(PO4)2 of M7(HPO4)4(PO4)2 family. The second part is also important and concerns the antacid behavior studies of Al(OH)3 and its mixtures with magnesium phosphate. Aluminum hydroxide is know as an gastric dressing
