Abstract:
The town of el khroub presents a site very favourable for the realization of
several types of constructions. This one knew during the last decade a
remarkable production of housing of all types. The allotments occupy a very
great part of urban expansion according to our investigations on ground. This
new shape of habitat enabled us to detect on the one hand; constructions in
conformity with the rules of construction, and in addition constructions not-in
conformity. That is due to the combination of several factors such as: physics,
policy, social, and in particular economic - impossibility of envisaging the total
investment envisaged for medium-term construction and with long term-.

heterogeneous urban spaces, in spite of the instruments legal and techniques
