Abstract

The development themes are the target of a large number of studies, with human purposes, urban planning and sustainable development go hand in hand, the urban population continues to rise, everyone is looking for a picture of the development sustainable, as there is an option, but it's an inevitable international commitment in this context comes our study urban planning and sustainable development in the town of Tebessa, one of the most prestigious cities of the high plains of Eastern Algeria. In some aspects addressed or relevant dimensions nearby, representing future fateful paris for urban sustainability, such as the historical dimension and physical urban heritage "enormous wealth need an assessment," the environmental dimension, the socio-economic dimension.
