Abstract:
Organizational expertise is an important field in international
trade, especially between developed countries, where multinational
companies have a monopoly on knowledge and skills, and
underdeveloped countries or developing as parties interested in these
skills.
By attracting big companies and foreign investors, the developed
countries are trying to leverage their skills by introducing them into
their own businesses, and thereby fighting inefficiencies and
implement meaningful operating systems and thus increase its
effectiveness and efficiency of its staff, through the neighborhood of
foreign experts and following up their experience.
However, these countries have not been able to achieve any
success for over four decades and are found in a vicious cycle and face
several crises. They finally realized that the importation of experience
and skills importation won’t make them able to achieve more success
than is allowed by the country leaders.
Therefore, overcoming this impasse requires great political and
people’s volition in order to initiate change. For this to be possible, we
must rely on their abilities, skills and achievements. The experience of
the countries of South-East Asia is probably the best example.
