Abstract:
This research was conducted under the conditions of the greenhouse to study the
inhibition of salty exertion with growth regulators (GA3 and kénitine) on the plant of hard
wheat type Simito developing under salty conditions where sea water was used of with five
levels 10%. 30 %. 50 %. 80 %. 100 % including to witness , in the vegetative phase and the
process of maturation. Also, the experience was sprayed with growth regulators (GA3, 50
Ppm) and (kénitine, 20 Ppm) on the vegetative collection of the plant with the category of
the studied wheat.
The salty exertion has effected clearly , especially in the maturation stage , which led to
poor growth presented in the length of the stem , leaf surface , the shortage of the amount of
chlorophyll (a , b) and the amount (ARN, ADN) with the accumulation of Proline and
melted sugars. Besides the dropping of the weight of the ears and the dry weight of the
vegetative and rational collection and therefore, the reduction of thousand grains presented
in the yield .
The contrasting of saltiness with growth regulators has proved an increase in the
resistance to the wheat plant Simito of the salty exertion. And it has appeared in stimulating
of the induction of Proline and sugars , and the maintain of the functioning of plant growth
at all levels up to the stage of the final maturation , especially in the very high concentrations
which is considered to be sometimes dead. In additions, , Gibberellic acid has showed a
superiority on the Kentin in the contrasting of saltiness.
