Résumé:
This study related to 7 bacterial strains isolated from the nodules of Hedysarum coronarium, 7 strains of Trifolium campestre, 9 strains of Vicia Sativa L and 10 strains of Vicia faba major. References strains of rhizobiums such as R. Sullae, R leguminosarum bv trifoli, R. leguminosarum bv viceae were used.
After morphological and cultural test, the appreciation of the diversity of Rhizobia was appreciated by monodimensional electrophoresis on freezing polyacrylamide in the presence of a detergent (SDS-PAGE) allowing the fractionation of total proteins according to Laemmli (1970) and also by the technique of electrophoresis multilocus of enzymes (MLEE) of some enzymatic systems (ADH, ALD, GOT) according to (Selander et al., 1986).
The result shows diversity in the populations local and also compared to the references
strains.
