dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of the laughter effect on theater translation. This is usually a continuous process of interaction between the spectator and the translator. It is in this context that we have compared two plays of Tartuffe, one of them is arabized, and the other is algerianized. It was focused on the semio-pragmatic and algerianist approaches. The results have shown that the translation and algerianization are still subjected to the spectularisation’s parameter especially to the context of the Other and its ideological and sociocultural components. | |
