Modern life has witnessed a huge industrial development ; resulting in a clear increase in the productionof goods and the quantity and spread of large quantities through trade between countries ; the prouducts appeared intensive ; where there are millions of copies of the product and the counterfeit products that do not meet the same quality and safety standards in the original product ;dangerous products have also emerged ; which increases the damage and risks to the consumer when acquiring these products ; which threatens his safety and security ; thus becoming a weak party in an unequal relationship ;the counterparty is a large industrial companies.
In view of these repercussions ; the Algerian Legislator should have intervened in establishing an arsenal of legal and regulatory texts to protect the consumer or user from the risks of the damage caused by the products. He also approved the producers and obliged them to subscribe to an insurance contract covering their professional civil liability towards consumer ;users and others ; ostensibly a contract that protects the financialliability of the office ;but in the subcontractor is a guarantee of the right of the affected consumer to compensation.
