Résumé:
An analytical method to detecting and quantify antibiotic residues of oxytetracyclin and colistin in
muscle of poultry of meat by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed.
The experimental investigations are conducting to the following conditions:
For oxytetracyclin the work conditions are:
- the column used was VP-ODS C18
- the mobile phase was made up of acetonitrile
- the wave length is 325 and 344 nm
- the flow rate of mobile phase was 1.5 ml/min
- the injection volume was 11 µl
- the run time was 8 min
For colistin the work conditions are:
- the column used was VP-ODS C18
- the mobile phase was made up of methanol
- the wave length used is 260 and 245 nm
- the flow rate of mobile phase was 2 ml/mi
- the injection volume was10 µl
- the run time was 8 min.
