Résumé:
A cross-sectional study was conducted to estimate the frequency and the distribution of
three communicable diseases (Brucellosis, Tuberculosis and Foot-and-Mouth Disease) in the district of Souk Ahras in north-eastern Algeria, between November 2015 and June 2016.
Obtained results on tuberculosis and brucellosis during the year of 2015 showed No significant difference in the suspected mean annual frequencies by veterinarians and those reported by the DSA of Souk Ahras district, with 5.37% for Tuberculosis and 2.50% for Brucellosis. Only FMD with a frequency of 4.58% was significantly different, where the frequency reported by veterinarians was higher than that reported by the DSA.
