Résumé:
To identify and quantify antibiotic residues of chloramphenicol, tetracycline and streptomycin by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), an analytical method was developed. First analytical conditions was optimized (analytical column, mobile phase, wavelength, flow rate, injection volume), in second time the analytical method was validated with different test (repeatability, intermediate precision, linearity, limit of detection & quantification. Then an extraction method of these antibiotics was performed.
