Abstract:
Many banks contribute to their exploitation of money laundering, either through their direct participation in the crime for researched financial purposes, or by exaggerating the application of the principles of banking law, such as adopting, for example, absolute banking secrecy or also by neglecting to implement the legal obligations imposed on them in this framework. Therefore, combating a crime Money laundering through banks, which is one of the most widely used methods; Because it achieves par excellence the purposes of this crime, which is cutting the connection of dirty money with its true source and integrating this money with clean money starts from the banks and the efforts of the latter in its quest to limit its exploitation in laundering these funds.
