Abstract:
This thesis presents a photovoltaic system connected to the grid via an active filter based on a
three-phase three-level inverter. With this configuration, three advantages can be obtained,
namely the elimination of the harmonic currents caused by the nonlinear load, the injection of
reactive power, and the injection of active power generated by the photovoltaic panels. A DCDC converter is used to track the maximum power point in various climatic conditions using an
advanced technique (sliding mode control). The proposed study is tested under a
MATLAB/Simulink environment. The results obtained show the effectiveness of the strategies
proposed to meet the recommendation of international standards in terms of energy quality.
