dc.description.abstract The growing interest in the development of the concept of building positive energy for new or very high energy performance for rehabilitation is strongly linked to the global awareness of global warming by greenhouse effect and depletion of primary fossil resources (oil, gas, uranium). Various technological solutions have been there, introduced such as hybrid solar (PV / T) whose principle is to improve the performance of photovoltaic (PV) panels, for recovery of thermal energy they dissipate using a heat transfer fluid (in this case water). The objective of this work is to find a mathematical model first to quantify solar irradiation at a place and on a given day, and has described the thermal behavior of PVT sensor to help determine its electrical performance and heat on a site in Constantine (Algeria). The results obtained show that an energy point of view or primary energy facilities incorporating PVT sensors are very promising and could be competitive in the face of solar systems using photovoltaic and thermal sensors installed separately. The performance evaluation criteria have to be further extended to environmental and economic aspects.
