dc.description.abstract "The study is realized on the wild bees and social bees in three localities of the Wilaya of Skikda. The investigations were undertaken from September until august 2002. our prospecting in these localities (S. Chebel, L.B.M’hidi and l’école d’agriculture) showed 46 species distributed between 26 genus and 6 families with the predominance of the Apidae (35,28%). The Colletidae and the Melittidae participate only with 1,54%. The family Anthophoridae was included in the family of Apidae, according to the modern taxonomy of Michener 2000. We inventoried a number of species and subspecies wich are not signaled by the authors of the last century such as Saunders (1901-1908) and Alfken (1914). Elsewhere, the study of families and some species phenology indicated that the most of the families and species were represented in spring and the begening of the summer. This period coincide with maximal various plants (123 species inventoried). 885 floral‘s visiting on the spontaneous plants. The abundance distribution set to Motomure‘s model (log-linear) followed a geometric progression. The floral choices and the alimentary niche of various species were studied by two diversities indexes. Simpson’s concentration index and Shannon– Weaver index. The two indexes distinguish two categories of species; oligotropics and others polytropics. The influence of climatic factors on the activity was showed by factor of correlation."
