dc.description.abstract |
The Contrat of Leasing real estate is relatively a new instrement for financing
economic projects.it is based on phisical financing projects by witch investors
could acuire capital assets without using their over capital when buying them .
The investor could get this financing from specialized companies by estrabling a
recquest stronming the characteries of the estate and the price . Thuse , the
amoment gored on will be the proprerty of the company that has made the
contract for defirend period.At the end of the period, the borrouer whould have
three atternatives : Either buying the capital estate , or paying back , or reusing
the contract for another period wlth new condition ." |
