dc.description.abstract | The investment in the national agricultural property represents the new and substitute destination to ameliorate and develop the national economy to realize that nation refuge to adopt a new and different development policy٫ when it stopped working with permanemt usufruct system imposed by the law 19-87 detedin 08 december 1987 and made of it a provisional concession agreement related to a specification according to the law 03-10 dated in 15 august 2010 wish clears all the rights given to the agrcultural investors and the commitmants imposed on himas a new mechanism to protect the agricultural properties and oblige the investors to apply their projects to develop the investment. Expectthat this new policy practically coverad by ambiguity and a lot of contradictions with make it a legal mechanism with exceptional rools different than that the used in investment law. | |
