dc.description.abstract | The approved property developer is considered as being the person suited for the exercise of the activity of property development and to carry out the business transactions which are referred to it and in fact he occupies a paramount role in the sale transaction of residences carried out within this framework as he assumes the responsibilitiy dependent to the marketing of these residences. We chose the suject : the obligations of the property developer at the time of the sale of the promotional housing to detail its obligations and the infringements related to it and we let us insist on those ;either for the construction part or for the sale part of residences in order to become acqainted with the contractual and professional obligations in the contract of reservation or the sale contract on plan. | |
