dc.description.abstract The commercial lease contract is of great importance in every societ y and its importance is reflected in its frequent circulation among people and the disputes arising from it as soon as many marchants do not own a property in whiche they conduct their commercial activitises and instead rely on a lease contract , the interest of eache party in the contract requires speciale legale protection , as a consequence the algeriane legislator intervened under the ordinance nember ( 75-59) and added legale protection to the tenant in case he was prevented frome renewing his contract at its end , by obtaining the merite compensation . in order to create a kind of balance in the rentale relationship ,the legislator treated the situation by issuing law (05-02) which subjected the rentale relationship between the renter and tenant to the freedome of contract , and thusput an end to the accrued compensation that burdened the resters according set of legal conditions . fr_FR
